What should I name the pictures that I deliver to my client. What have you found is the most understandable system for the client? Thank you so much! It makes finding/identifying them at a later date a whole lot easier, and saves time for me. IMPORTANT! If you put the date in the file name make sure it is Year-Month-Day, all numerical. ex.: 2021-01-21. Any other format can cause confusion or sorting issues. Then it won’t get confusing if later the client need’s me to refer back to the originals. Now I understand why you should put the year first! Before I thought that it was strange because that’s not how we normally write dates. I also like to include my name (or business name) in the filename, so they will always be reminded of where it came from. 🙂 January 28, 2021 at 5:28 pm #57969 Blessings CapturedParticipant Thank you @JamesStaddon, that makes sense!
