Yesterday I went out after the snow storm and got some pictures!
I love some feedback about what I could improve on.

Gorgeous! What a perfect time for a photo shoot. And the color of light is amazing! I love the soft, warm light in the background. I really can’t think of anything to critique on these. Perfect exposure (from my perspective, even though the snow is washed out), great depth of field, creative compositions, and amazing subject and lighting.
Agreed! I really like the lighting, background blur and overall look of these photos! For the 2nd & 3rd photos, I would probably have composed the photo with the dog a little more distinctly on a third, instead of kind of hovering between the right third and the center. I just feel like it would make the photo feel a little more spacious and like there’s intention in the amount of space.
That being said, I realize that might just leave a lot of empty space (which could still be nice, especially if you’re using these photos in a design), so I might look for ways to include something in the background compositionally, like if there was a tree or some other element that could sort of act as a background framing element.
The only other thing that comes to mind is to look for ways to include foreground blur. I LOVE doing this when I can. Sometimes it’s just not possible, but it can add such depth to the photo when used well.
Again, really lovely photos!
