Hi @lgarber12! As Lydia mentioned, the Foundations Course is the place to go.
Since photo editing software is always changing, however, you should note that Luminar calls their one-time purchase software “Neo” now. On1 is also a good one-time purchase software. The only downside to Lightroom is that it is subscription based. I don’t mention this in Foundations, but you could also look into using Affinity Photo (another one-time purchase software). It doesn’t have organization capabilities so would need to be paired with a cataloging option such as ACDSee Photo Studio.
