I haven’t used a Canon DSLR in many months, so I’m not an authority. 🙂 I rarely used presets anyway, because I mostly shoot RAW. (The presets are only useful for .jpg
files, they don’t make any difference if you’re shooting RAW)
Actually, to be very technical, I think that a Picture Style Preset does make a difference in the embedded .jpg
preview of a RAW file, but if you’re editing with LR or RT, you won’t see the preview anyway. (When you view a RAW file in FastStone Image Viewer you are seeing the embedded `.jpg’ file, not the actual RAW file.)
