KeymasterIt was so much fun to see your photos, @grace-galdamez! Very well done. And super artistic, @lenspirationlydia! As always. 🙂 A great testimony accompanied by, wow, one great cross there, @blessingscaptured! Curious, where is it located? Such pretty and colorful photos Evelyn and Gabe @sager7! I recognize that flag on the fence. 😉 Thank you all for putting your heart into this, everyone!

Participant@jamesstaddon the cross is at the 160 and 65 interchange in Walnut Shade MO.
It’s fairly new, built in 2019. It’s 22 stories high and easily assessable. A nice little photo stop. 🙂September 21, 2023 at 8:18 pm #82221Laura Lane

ParticipantHere is my one photo for this assignment! This was a crazy one for me because I had planned to shoot it outdoors, but then it was pouring rain when I had time to shoot it. So I had to regroup and shoot it indoors. Huge thanks to my little sister who patiently held the flag for me when it started to fall!

ParticipantIf you’ve never tried to take pictures of flags, and even worse, multiple flags, let me assure you – it isn’t as easy as it looks!
Four possibles from 3 different pictures. The flags. The iPhone with e-Sword software (trying to go a bit more modern and not quite as focused on the (deemed obsolete) past), and two shots with Cindy’s dad’s bible – one a close-up so you can read the verse Psalms 33:5, and the other including the cross. That Bible is incredible – Cindy’s dad used it while a missionary in Liberia, Africa in the late 1950’s and most of the 1960’s. After returning home, he continued to use it during his 25+ years at WIHS radio in Connecticut. I love it for all that, plus it is obvious it has been thoroughly used – no shelf queen there!September 23, 2023 at 12:47 pm #82264Samuel West
