Here are my photos! HUGE thanks to my mom who was able to cook a lot of this for me even though I wasn’t available to! I shot the photos a little later in the day than I would have liked, so I struggled with the lighting. I got some good shots at first, but the sun went down fast and it got harder towards the end.

Here is my one photo for this assignment! This was a crazy one for me because I had planned to shoot it outdoors, but then it was pouring rain when I had time to shoot it. So I had to regroup and shoot it indoors. Huge thanks to my little sister who patiently held the flag for me when it started to fall!

@lenspirationlydia thank you so much! That is all good to know. I didn’t have too many photos with people in them, so that is something I will have to add more of to my portfolio. I will go back through my photos and cull them down even more so that they are the best quality that I have.

@jamesstaddon and @lenspirationlydia thank you so much! I actually applied to Lightstock, but they declined my application. That was a little embarrassing, and I’m not sure exactly what I did wrong, but I think I’ll try updating my portfolio and trying again.

And Lydia, thank you for your bit of advice! 🙂

Here are my photos for this assignment! First assignment that I shot with the new camera, and it was so much fun! I also had trouble with the balloons popping from the heat (when they landed in the grass).

Wow, thank you @dotremain! I struggled with getting interesting shots of the waves, especially since there wasn’t much light (it was either very cloudy or very windy most of the time). @dotremain Ah, yes I was worried about my lenses too, but thankfully I only had a few that were EF-S.
