Red Top Church. I was able to photograph the church that we attended up here in Montana. It is a beautiful location in the Badlands.

Thank you, it was a little windy, so I am glad I was still able to get the shots. I wanted to say that I am a part 107 pilot, so the drone shots can be used for anything.

I took the photos of the first church the other day when I was walking past. I wished I had my camera with me, but since I didn’t, I decided to use my phone. Hopefully the quality is fine!

The second one is a photo I took last year when I was photographing “two-point perspective” for my photography workbook!!

Here are some pictures i took for this assignment. This church is located along Lincoln highway in Harrisonville pa.

The first photo is inside a old church. It was around 10 o’clock A.M. The sun wasn’t directly streaming through the window, thus my objects weren’t as bight as desired.
The next two pictures were taken on a overcast day.
The last ones were in bright sunlight. In the second to last photo, I positioned myself so the steeple would be against the sky.

I love how you got photos inside churches, as well as outside, @jenna and @blessingscaptured! With Sunday just around the corner, it makes me think that it might be neat to get pictures inside church when people are there as well. I’m thinking I might bring my camera along to church with me this week! 🙂

NE Indiana is dotted with churches, and has been for a long time. Fort Wayne was known as the “City of Churches” at one time, and we still have a Catholic Cathedral, and many Lutheran traditional churches. The night shot is St. John Lutheran Church along Hwy 27. The White church is a survivor that has had its surroundings go industrial, so beside it, and two early 1900s houses, the rest of the area is warehouses and the like. The brick church (SALEM) was constructed in 1892 to serve a congregation from the German Reformed Church. The profile church, St. Paul Evangelical Church – also originally a German congregation – is 1 1/2 miles West of the SALEM church, and has a date of 1882 on the cornerstone.

Here are some more. I hope all of my photos meet the requirements. Catholic churches definitely have a more traditional approach than other christian churches.
