@warrior-princess
Hello everyone! My name is Brieanna, and I am a Protestant Christian girl in my 20s. I dearly love God's beautiful earth, and all the lovely things He gave man the wisdom to make; such as violins, Victorian houses, cathedrals, airplanes (Military, commercial, and non-commercial), bridges over sparkling streams, the Neuschwanstein castle and many others, and benches in the misty forest. I love Jesus, my family and puppy Braveheart, the beautiful forest, reading everything pleasing to God I can find, playing the violin, enjoying all dogs, studying my hobbies of history, World War II aviation, and taking pictures of course! I was given my first digital camera by my father when I was four years old, and have ever since found a dear place in my heart for photography. I hope to expand my skills and one day call myself a professional photographer, if God so wills it!

ParticipantThere is a wonderful background story to these photos…
A couple of months ago our family’s two cars started having multiple problems, and we started taking them to our local AutoZone which is only 5 minutes from our home. We met a wonderful Christian boy who works there, who goes started a Bible study with his fiancee and some other close Christian friends. Just two days ago on Sunday he invited my sister and me to the Bible study at his friend Kirby’s house (the boy in the first five photos) and my sister and I were welcomed with open arms to the godly group of Christian young people. That started a wonderful friendship with them all, and I asked two of the guys- Kirby and Evan- to model for me last night. For two days straight, my sister and I have been surrounded by more Christian friends than we have in a long while. God is so good, to bring around all these wonderful brothers and sisters in Christ!! 🙂 Without those two boys, I wouldn’t have had any photos, so I am doubly grateful for their willingness.Warrior Princess

ParticipantYou can still take the course even if you have a different photo editor! Most of the principles are the same in any editor- like white balance, exposure, highlights, contrast, etc. 🙂

ParticipantOh, Grace, those are wonderful! I especially love the first four. The lighting is perfect on those.
I would suggest exposing the others a tad, and composing your shots so there are fewer distractions.
Also, other than the first four, the white balance should be adjusted.
James does an awesome job teaching about photo editing in his new teaching videos- Secrets to Photo Editing https://www.lenspiration.com/course/secrets-to-photo-editing/. The lessons are free if you’re a member.
