Here are a couple of the photos I submitted for this assignment! I’m not sure if I was able to capture exactly capture what the publisher was hoping for, but I did have a fun time shooting them with my sister!

Here are two of the photos I took!
I actually took these just a couple days before I knew what the assignment would be! We had just gotten some beautiful snow, so I wanted to get some photos of it. Now that the assignment is posted, we haven’t gotten any more snow. I would have liked to have some pictures where a path was more prominent, but I don’t think we’re going to get any more snow before the deadline.
@blessingscaptured, I love the picture of the barn with the curving road in front of it! That is so beautiful!Attachments:
I had a fun time photographing this assignment, and I definitely learned some things as I shot it! Lighting was an issue for me since I don’t have a speedlite, but I did my best with trying to take the pictures at times when there would be some natural light coming in the windows. Here a couple of the ones I submitted.

Wow! I love the mountains in the background of the photo of the boys on the road @laura-aome! Where is that?
Also, @anita, I wasn’t sure if I could do this assignment either, because I don’t have any brothers and my dad is also over forty. But James said that it would be all right if I just showed my dad’s hands lighting a campfire or took a picture where he was a small figure hiking a mountain. I tried to take photos that didn’t show his face. Hopefully that helps!
